Ilil holds an M. A. in Theatre and Cinema Studies, Cultural Anthropology and General Linguistics. She studied in Cologne University (Germany), Sorbonne Nouvelle / Paris 3, and Paris 8 / Saint Denis.
She was student research assistant in Theaterwissenschaftliche Sammlung Schloss Wahn, Universität zu Köln and
Curator of an exhibition on the Moscow Hebrew Art Theatre ‘Habima’, author and editor of the exhibition catalogue, and artistic director of the supporting program (representation project for the ‘Year of the Humanities’ funded by the Federal Ministry of Education)
